Role settings after installing company extension

When my collegues installing a company extension i’am expect the role and layouts are activated and visible. That is not how it work out at this moment. Afterwarts they have to switch the role and layout in Solibri. Is this how it use to work or am I doing something wrong?

You can install many extensions. We cannot set change role automatically to use role of the extension. We don’t know which role the user wants to use or does the user wants use a role from extension at all. User needs to do the decision about the role. The role can also contain a layout. So when the role is chosen the layout is changed as well.
