Youtube vid for complete workflow with BCF?

Browsing youtube is like a hay stack. Anyone can recommend a vid that encompasses a BCF-workflow? I use Archicad and Cubus BCF-manager. I have no server…I create the BCF in Solibri, open it in Archicad and comment, save the BCF (would be great if someone could shed a light on how to name BCF-files when sending back and forth), update the Presentation etc. It would be of great help to see an IRL workflow albeit on a small dummy project.

There are several tutorials, what varies is which version of BFC they save it in. It is the same in the new BCF manager from Archicad, but the truth is that I always prefer to install the BCF Manager from BIMcollab, since the cloud is free and it can be linked to Solibri and Archicad from the server as well. All incidents saved and managed from a single database for that project.
