COBie Component spreadsheet information not reflecting information from the COBie Component ITO

Hello everyone

I really appreciate any assistance that I can get on this issue.

So currently, some the Space column for some of my components in the Component sheet in COBie are not consistent with the Space column from the COBie Component 2015 ITO.

For example, in the screenshot below, the Component Name 00.007-D01 the has a Space correlating to the Nearest Space column in the ITO, but I just need the number of the space as shown in the Space column in the ITO.

If anyone know how to correctly transfer the Space column from the ITO onto the Space column in the COBie spreadsheet, I would really appreciate the assistance.
