solibri check does not ignore components in same model

why does solibri not ignore components in same model, even though this is checked in the rule? Have checked both ignore in the same system, and ignore in the same layer and model.
What am I missing here? is it a problem with the rule (standard rule “Intersections in HVAC Models (Insulations Not Included)”) or is it my IFC export?
