ACONEX Connection Issue

Is anyone here also experiencing same issue connecting with Aconex CDE ?
I learned that Oracle changed the way users connect to Aconex …

Effective from August/2024We have customers reporting this problem when trying to connect from Solibri Office (Integrations or BCF Connector …).
Since i could not see any posts here in this matter i wonder if this is a particular issue happening with users trying to connect to Aconex Americas (?)

We’re aware of the issue with connecting to Aconex CDE, and we’re actively working on a fix. Apologies for the trouble, and we’ll update you as soon as it’s resolved.

Hi, Here we have same issue, in the integration and Bfc live,
we believe it’s due to the change of login address…

The issue with Aconex is fixed. Please update to Solibri 24.12.0 or later.
