3D Info Pop-Up not showing since 24.9

Despite checking this box, the pop-up isn’t showing anymore since 24.9. This was a very useful feature. Did you also notice that ?

Have you activated the option? I have no problems, the 3D popup is displayed as usual

Yes, the picture was taken from Solibri help page but here is a brand new capture with the dark mode.

If you are talking about this pop-up, I cannot reproduce the problem, it shows normally. There were no changes in this part of Solibri recently and I haven’t seen other reports for it, but will keep an eye.

Alright! Thanks for the report and video. Weird indeed. All I can suggest for now is reinstalling Solibri if possible. And I will try to gather more information on this.

Could you try changing the settings of the pop-up? Use only one simple row, like:

See if that allows the pop up to be shown.

Please also contact our support: [email protected] and provide the logs.

Unfortunately, even with just one line, the song remains the same. I sent the logs, thanks.

I have the same problem. (Checkbox is checked).

We have found that this bug occurs with new Solibri Style on Windows 10 or earlier.
This will be fixed in the next release.

This bug hasn’t been corrected in the 24.12. How many more months with this bug ?
