The selection of files currently relies solely on the file name and basic data. All user-entered metadata is unavailable. Could additional columns be added to facilitate easier work? After all, the file names are becoming less relevant

It there some specific metadata you are missing? Could you describe the usecase?

Rather than relying solely on file names, we use metadata to add context and properties to documents.
