Section cut not parallel to the face I click on

Hi Everyone,

Is it just me or has it become more difficult to cut to the right plane?
I always cut by right-clicking on the face of an object I want to cut parallelly to.

But since a few months ago, I’ve notice that it will often take another face of the element, thus cutting in the wrong orientation.

Example:
right-clickin here, I expect a horizontal cut:

but I get a vertical one:

It really gets on my nerves…
Is anyone else facing the same issue or is it just me?

Same here. The solution is to adjust the camera view to a higher angle. However, it’s not very user-friendly at the moment

Yes exactly. I think it used to be more intelligent (lower camera angle would still work)
