For some reason this rule seems to exclude roofs despite beeing included in the filter

This is a common issue: you can not combine two “include” lines unless both only use the same level of information (component).

So Include Window + Include Door will work but your example doesn’t.

A workaround is to make a double exclusion: Exclude Any IfcEntity None Of IfcRoof
(or IfcSlab/ROOF)

But in your case, deleting the first line would be enough since it doesn’t provide any useful condition.

Thanks for the answer. The set up in the screenshot was test number two since without the include line for roof it didn´t work for some reason

Seems strange but hard to say without more context
