Elements in a distance range

Hello, I’d like to collect elements in a distance range between 2 and 3 meters from the slab. Usually this range allows me to minimize the effort to filter out vertical pipes or elements that supposed to be on the ground.

I have tried several ideas, but none of them work.

1. I try to inverse this rule results with a manual checking rule for only passed elements with subrule options. However I only get start elements (slabs) at the end.
   
   

2.I tried to make a simple directly above 2 rules logic where I first check all elements that are lower than 3m. With subrule I am trying to filter our all elements that are lower than 1 meter. After checking the results this rule just disappears. Its not visible and can’t the results cant be checked.

The only way I found it works in my case is to use 2 separate rules - filter 3 meters elements and later 1 meter elements and use selection basket to do the logic. However it is not great.

Any ideas?
