viewer does not show any model

Hy, I just installed the latest version of solibri office (9.12.10). Loading any IFC file results in a blank viewer. The file is loade, i can click on the viewer canvas and objects are being selected but I dont see any model. Does anyone know a solution to this? Tried with multiple files, always the same result.

The build number that you mention is not the latest version. It should start with 25.
Are you sure that you have the latest version?

yes, it is the latest I can download inside the solution center.
