Remove Offline office license

Hi,

I was a bit premature with claiming an office license with the migration of the licenses to the new system. I now have an offline Office license, but this means I cannot get to the SharePoint integration. Besides, I’ve been able to chat with the sales department to split the licenses, so that is solved.

Is there a way to remove the offline office license?

What to do if there is no expiration date on the offline license? Is there any way to remove it?

@Matti I did end up contacting the support, but they said I shouldn’t have been able to install an offline license, as it didn’t show up in our company account and we don’t have the right license. I accidentally did… I just let the 14 days timer run out and got my online license back.
