Help acquiring API key for model checking

I’m trying to get my API key for model checking.

From https://checking-api-docs.solibri.com/ :

“Checking API uses API token for authorization. Provide the Access Token in HTTP Authorization header as bearer token: Bearer <the token>. In addition, you need to provide your assigned api key in HTTP x-api-key header like x-api-key: <YOUR_API_KEY>. You can obtain them through your contact from Solibri or contacting directly to [email protected]. User-Agent header is required and you can set it to any value.”

This explicitly says to contact [email protected] to obtain my api key. However, when I contacted [email protected] they said:
“Unfortunately, support can’t assist with this matter. You’ll need to register in Society and post your question there—this is something the developers can answer.”

Can anyone here provide guidance on how I can obtain my API key?
