Creating rulesets: Building Height

I am trying to create a rule applied only for buildings with a certain height (distance between the first and the last floor).
Do you know if Solibri can identify the first and the last floor and if it’s possible to calculate these distance? I have tried a lot of different existing distance rules, but none of them seems to fit here.
