ACC Integration

Hello, I’m having issues with updating models from ACC. The integration is enabled (The SMC model itself is also located in ACC) but the models seem to not be updating since they can’t find the file in ACC. Is there an ongoing issue maybe due to the change from ACC to Autodesk Forma?

Perhaps you could turn the integration link off and then back on so that it reconnects to ACC?Or delete the .solibri folder (note the dot) in File Explorer at C:users/your name/
All login credentials are stored in there. By deleting it and restarting, you will have to log in everywhere again, but that might resolve the problem.
Due to our company policy, we have to log in again regularly, but Solibri ‘holds’ the login and you appear to have a connection, but in reality, you have to log in again.

Hello @Harmen-Jorritsma , thank you for your response. Sadly both of these options did not resolve my issue. The warning I get is still the same as before. I think the only way to resolve it would be to delete and relink all of the models … unless somebody has any idea what’s causing this.

Before you do that, in the latest beta version we have addressed some (somewhat similar) issues related to folder naming. If you have beta access try out the latest version and see if that helps!

@tonigyllenberg HI, the problem is my account ([email protected]) is no longer linked to my current work email can you send the invite to [email protected] (is there a way to change the email linked to my username)
