Solibri Center - Claiming Floating licences for 2 hours

We have 6 floating licenses (4 site licenses, 2 Office licenses) that we share among 10 colleagues. If someone needs a license for 15 minutes to do their work, a colleague logs out of their license to give the other colleague access to a license. We’ve noticed that the licenses are blocked for 2 hours by the previous user.

This wasn’t the case before, and we used to be able to switch licenses very quickly.
We don’t have time to wait 2 hours for each blocked license just to do our work.

Can this be disabled or reduced to a maximum of 5 minutes?
Is there a way for us to adjust this ourselves, because this isn’t workable for us.

Could you please verify whether multiple instances of Solibri are running on your machine at the same time. Additionally, after closing Solibri, please share the application logs so we can further investigate the license‑blocking behavior.
The license should be released immediately once the user closes Solibri, so the logs will help us understand why it remains locked.
