I Have stumbled upon a Problem when updating the Model with “empty” properties. Somehow some Properties are dragged from previous revisions if the new Model does not contain them.

The Problem was in the Description is Spaces>Identification>Name & Spaces>Identification>Number

First, I thought that it was a problem with Archicad Connection, but then I normally exported an IFC and the problem was still persistent.

    R01.ifc The File Contains Properties
R02.ifc The Properties are dragged from previus model

it seems properties can be rewritten, but not deleted.

It reminds me of an old problem, where I was checking for Quantities>Area and the numbers were not updated or not matching the model. Ever since I always check for direct IFC properties, like Base Quantities, as opposed to Solibri interpreted Values.
