How to control result with ruleSOL/ 1/5.0

I don’t understand why I have different categorization of results with the ruleSOL/ 1/5.0

FIRST SITUATION RIGHT Structural model vs Eletrical model

results categorized by EVERY structural ifc identy involved in the clash:

SECOND SITUATION WRONG Electrical model vs Building Services model

results categorized ONLY by IfcCableCarrier:

how can I fix the result system in the second example? I’d like to have the results divided into:
-electric distribution point
-outlet
