Rule 202

Hello there!

I have a problem using rule 202.
When checking the required room height of an IFCSpace (set with min. 2,10m) the rule also causes problems / collisions with elements that are above the required height.

What am i doing wrong?
Is there an alternative way to check the required room height with another rule?
Please help.
