    Morning all,

Has anyone seen this? More importantly does anyone know how to fix it?

      Good morning!

This is an issue that is relatively frequent in the latter versions of Solibri.
Sadly, it most likely have to do with an error during saving the file and you will probably have to use the latest recovery file in order to continue with the project.

You can send the error log to Solibri Support in order for them to look at it (it’s in the “log” error.log dir in Solibri dir)

Hopefully your recovery file is not too “old”… 😞

      /best regards
      Joel

        Hi Joel,

Yeah I have reverted to the back-up, but was looking for a way to avoid this happening - seems out of the users control.

        Regards

          Hello @gkbell5,

Usually the error indicated here is related to a problem while saving the file. In Solibri 9.10.8 we have made improvements to the saving feature, meaning that files saved with 9.10.8 should no longer have this issue (or the issue frequency should dramatically be reduced).

Unfortunately, this does not help files saved with older versions, for which the workaround @Joel described above is the best solution.

          Kind regards,

Toni on behalf of the Solibri team
