Solibri keeps freezing up when clicking on BCF synced issues and Checking tab

Hi,
I’ve reported this issue to the support team of Solibri multiple times, they can’t figure out what’s the cause of my Solibri freezing up lots of time when clicking on BCF synced issues and sometimes also when I switch to the Checking Tab.
So I’m curious if I’m the only one experiencing this problem. I’ve uploaded screen recordings showing this issue.
A possible solution might be switching to Solibri 9.12 with the BCF Live view option, to prevent Solibri freezing up when clicking on issues. I’ve tried that, but with BIMcollab this feature doesn’t work for us, because of multiple popups showing up every time asking to convert values. This is another issue which I adressed but it is possible related more to the BIMcollab side than to Solibri, Also mentioned in this thread
Still the freezing up stays when switching to the checking tab in 9.12.I find it really difficult to use solbiri with this freezing up all the time because I have te re-do my work constantly.
Hope someone can give me some advice!What I’ve done so fare:
- De-install solibri completely, also removing all folders in Windows related to Solibri before installing the program again
- Synchronize the BIMcollab presentation before clicking on issues
- Minimize components visible in a view before saving it as an issue
- Setting the vmoptions to -Xmx16309m (16 MB use of memory)
- My laptop is fast enough so that shouldn’t be the issue (HP ZBook 17 G5)
