BCF Live Connector - Importing Issues from Model Check Results - Related Components Missing

Problem: On importing Model Check Results to BCF Live VIew, under Tab Live Problem Details, Components are missing. Same Issue viewed on Old Problem Details Tab, Related Components are listed.
Unable to add the Related Components manually. Option is Grayed out. Problem only present for Walls and Slab objects as far as I can see. Selection Basket is also not responsive in General when Live Syncronization is turned on.

After Syncronizing the Issues to BIM Collab, and downloading to Archicad with the BIMCollab Plug-in an error message is displayed in Archicad when opening the issue because no related objects can be found with associated BCF Ticket, only Camera Position can be isolated.

Hi @lmicoltadiaz ,

As a viewpoint is unmodifiable after it has been synchronised with the server, we do not allow users to add components to the viewpoint. That is why Selection basket is not responsive for those synchronised viewpoints.

Could you provide us your smc model only with the issue where the components get missing upon sync?
