    hi everyone

what are the best practice tipps in this topic:

i have a checking rule which i ran. i filtered the results by storeys. let us say i want to check the underground levels first and import them to the bcf server. after the models were modified, i rerun the clash an want to import the new found issues. i had the problem, that solibri made double issues on the bcf server.

so my question is, what are your best practice tipps to avoid this? is it possible to rerun a clash and the import this issues over the bcf live connector? or is this occur some major problems?

    best
    christof

      Hello @chris!

Thanks for starting the post. Regarding the issue of checking result issues doubling up, the first things to look into that come to mind are:

      1. Forgetting to save the SMC file after adding issues to BCF Live project.
      2. Using an older version (or issues created with an older version) alongside the newer BCF Live versions.

There are some insights and explanations about BCF Live connector highlighted in this post.

      Kind regards,
Toni on behalf of the Solibri team
