Solibri 9.10 synchronising Issues with BIMcollab missing Viewpoints / components

I am encountering a recurring problem when synchronizing issues with BIMcollab.
I run a collision check and summarize issues in slides. Unfortunately, there are sometimes duplicate components in the models we are checking (shown in red marking) :
Precisely for these issues / slides, an empty viewpoint is output when synchronizing with BIMcollab and therefore no linked components are output.
Strangely, this problem does not occur with all colleagues. The solution so far is to close the collisions on BIMcollab and have the colleague who has no problems create & upload them again. In both cases the same build number of Solibri (9.10.8.34) is used.
We can´t switch to the new BCF live connector for this project and the will be many more clash tests. Does anyone know the cause and solution to this problem?
