Is there a rule to check direct element attributes?

• if they exist
• if the value is right
  (example: predefined type is set (one of the list,
  IfcBuilding/ElevationOfRefHeight…)

Thanks for reply. I want the same function as Rule 203 has. But not for PropertySets/Properties, but for attributes = upload list od needed attributes on specific elements and check if they exists or not.
