File options are greyed out when aborting checking via the info dialog

Hi, i just came across a strange behaviour and wanted to know if this is related to the new version 9.12.3 or if this behaviour is already known …

1. I open a Model as usual
2. Click on check, the info dialog of the ruleset pops up and I cancel it for the moment as I have to do something else before checking.
3. But when I go back now to the File Tab all the options are greyed out … the same for the context menu in the Model tab.

(Edit: I don’t know why my IMG is getting so huge here, sry for that)

So before I run the check those options remain unreachable from this menu. I can select the models in the Model tab and hit the DEL key and close or save the model that way, but there seems to be something wrong in the UX behaviour from my point of view.
