In Revit I’ve set a shared parameter ObjectTypeOverride under Identity Data, but in Solibri it doens’t show for a Space. With Xbim Xplorer it does. Is it a bug?

Hi Do you mean that you would expect the space to have a reference to IfcSpaceType (https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC2x3/FINAL/HTML/ifcproductextension/lexical/ifcspacetype.htm)?

Solibri should import these and it does show that it has IfcSpaceType there. What else are you expecting to have there?

I’m not sure how I can explain it right. In the second image (first post) you see ObjectType with the value Test. In Solibri I don’t see it.

I’ve added this parameter like said in the second post of this thread:
        https://sourceforge.net/p/ifcexporter/discussion/general/thread/0d7f79e3/

In this blogpost they also use ObjectType. But it’s nog like the post above.

In the Netherlands there is a RVB BIM Norm on page 15 you find the ObjectType parameter to be filled for spaces.

I’ve been testing a lot but I can’t get it to work. Do you understand what I want?

It might help if you could share the IFC output in a case where you export a model with this single space and the related data.

Solibri import also “Identity Data” property set and it shows up as follows.
This property doesn’t have any special handling.
In case you want to have overrides based on this property, the only way is to create an object type classification that prefers the override properties over the type.
