BIMcollab new 9.10.8 sync very slow

We use Solibri 9.10.8 version. We synchronize issues to BIMcollab using the BCF connector. We do not use yet the 9.12 version with the BCF Live Connector. From 9.10.8 a BCF API (‘BIMcollab new’) is used for the BIMcollab connection. As soon as we want to use this connection on a new station and set it up according to these steps: https://helpcenter.kubusinfo.nl/portal/nl/kb/articles/verbinden-met-bimcollab#Tips_bij_verbindingsproblemen the synchronization process is very very slow (sync > 30 minutes). At workstations that were previously set up with the ‘older’ BIMcollab connection, we do not have any sync problems. Are more people has this problem?
