    Same issue here - Admin view has completely gone and manually changing address to admin view just kicks me back to SSC login and then to Products.

    I cannot admin our users or license assignments - never mind the new version i need to add someone to our existing pool

    I think it is completely unacceptable to release a major update including to your licensing infrastructure and then go AWOL when you have users in all sorts of timezones. I note this was posted 7hrs ago and no reply here, similar question was posted on Twitter with no reply, and no email out to admins which could easily be done

      Have informed the support and got this answer.

      Nobody has access to SSC Admin side at the moment. Dev team decided to close it because of the performance problems in SSC. It will be hopefully opened in near future.

        Society members,

        Our apologies for the situation.

        Due to the huge interest in our yesterday’s new product portfolio launch, Solibri Solution Center has had a significant amount of incoming traffic. This resulted in unresponsiveness of Solibri Solution Center’s admin view and we want to ensure full functionality of the service before enabling the administration panel for end-users.

        As you have noticed, you cannot currently access the administration view in Solibri Solution Center to assign licenses, extensions, etc. This is a known issue and has the highest priority with our development team and is on an hour-to-hour follow-up until a solid solution is deployed.

        This situation is only affecting the admin view on SSC, your supported versions of Solibri products will continue to work for assigned users as normal. Desktop products are not impacted.

        In case of acute issues, please contact [email protected] with a subject line CRITICAL and you’ll be on the top of our list to find a solution for you.

            @dbaldacchino Yes, you can contact [email protected] and we will handle the assignments for you until we restore the admin view. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have now deploy some fixes and the SSC response should be improved significantly. More fixes are on their way…

              Hello,

              we have deploy a fix that we plan to roll out to everyone soon.

              If you need to access the admin view urgently, please log in to solution.solibri.com

              After authentication and once the Product View loads, please edit the URL in your browser to point to #!AdminView instead of #!ProductView.

              We still need to test the fix more extensively before we make the admin view available to all customers again. It would be great if you let us know whether it is working now for you.

              Thanks to all who suffered from this for your patience. Sorry for this to have taken so long and the poorly way the communication in this case has been handled. We have been working tirelessly on fixing this problem since it was found.

                    One thing I am noticing however is that there is no column for version 9.10 for Model Checker, yet it is showing some users have that assigned but it’s not listed anywhere. Also the current version isn’t even 9.10 but 9.9.5.113.

                      @dbaldacchino Thanks for letting us know that it works!

                      I noticed that in the Assignment tab, the columns are not arranged correctly. If you scroll to the right you will see 9.10 column between 9.5 and 9.1

                      I will fill a bug about it.
