BCF Export and Import issues

Hi

I have 2 smc-files, the first one has 1 building in our project, the other one has all three buildings in our project.

I use the first one for collision control since it is a smaller, easier file to run. I then export a bcfzip file and import this into the other file with all buildings.

In my last import I only got 12-14(it varies) slides out of 85 slides total. I tried several exports, renaming and everything. This has worked fine before, but I do recall this issue sometime in the past, I just can’t figure out how I worked it out back then.

Any inputs? Export is BCF 2.0 if it helps. Both files has the same ifc’s and the same versions of those ifc’s.

EDIT:

Tested with BCF 2.1, got 79 out of 85 this time. So better, but still not good enough. No obvious reasons why the 6 remaining did not make it.

Is it an export or an import related issue?
Have you tried to check the bcf with something else than Solibri?

I have not tried opening the exported bcf with any other software. Do you have a program in mind that I can test with?

The size of the bcf-file makes me think it is an import issue, it looks as if the import just stops at around 1/5.

Still getting the same results, I had one presentation with 424 slides that imported just fine and another with 120 that only got 20 in total.

EDIT: I tried using BCF 2.1, got 106 out of 120 total. No apparent common property causing the 14 left to be excluded.
