Protrusion with negative value

Hi everyone!

Coud anyone help me with Intersection Exceptions?
I have situation when pipe hasn’t any protrusion above other side of wall and ending inside the wall. So, ever if i change the value of protrusion to zero, I have an issue in results.
I try to change value to negative values and have the same results with issues.

How can i avoid this? Thank you.

You could try the last exception option to exclude ducts that are not fully going through the wall, like this:
