Me and some of my colleagues have had a lot of crashes lately when working in Solibri. It just simply shuts down without saving. It can crash when:

    1. Creating a report

    2. Switching between rulesets for example…

We are all working in Solibri 9.12.7.24, so we are worried that something is wrong with that upgrade. The models are not heavy at all (ex. 125MB), we are all working with 24576M Java Memory so on so on.

Never been a problem before, anyone else experiencing this kinds of problems?

Hi. What kind of errors do you see in your log files? And if the log file does not show anything, can you find a JVM crash log? It is named something like “hs_err_pid12345. log”

@lasse-lindqvist I did find the log files, one of them is an “error” log file, so I will send it over to Solibri. Can’t really understand what it’s saying 🙂
