    Hi Everyone,

The windows frames in Solibri are shown as transparent elements, although I have seen them in Allplan, BIMcollab Zoom, and BIMplus as normal aluminum frames.

Anyone has had the same issue?
and what was the solution to solve it?

supplement to the post of Anees:
this happens when the openings contains multiple elements. for example, window and shading, or window and window sill.

          Hi.

Did you try to switch the Color Map in Solibri to “Use model colors”?
We use Allplan and the window frames appear transparent too, but only if we assign any color map, except this one.

            Hi @stefan,

Yes, we tried but it looks always transparent, no matter which color Map we use.
In the mentioned post above from Ricardo, they said in Feb 2020 that this is a feature and one can turn it off, let’s wait for the reply and see how it could be fixed.

            Thanks
