    hi,

I thought we (corp) had tested the new licensing with our firewall but licenses cannot be obtained on our network - hotspot off my phone and its fine, so suspect the firewall is the issue

Can Solibri please confirm what addresses and ports are needed for licensing to function?

    regards,

      ws2.solibri.com (port 443)
      ws3.solibri.com (port 443)
      ws4.solibri.com (port 443)
      download.solibri.com (port 443)
      06832.tbnet1.com (port 443 and port 80)
      api.solibri.com (port 443)
      login.solibri.com (port 443)
      solution.solibri.com (port 443)
      certificates.godaddy.com (port 80)
      ssl.solibri.com (port 443)
      fonts.googleapis.com (port 443)
      fonts.gstatic.com (port 443)
      pool.ntp.org (UDP port 123)

      Kind regards

Hello Cornelius, are all these adresses mandatory for all 9.10 Solibri ?

The SSC administrator guide available in the document tab still list only those ones :

        license.solibri.com (port 443)
        ws1.solibri.com (port 443)
        ws2.solibri.com (port 443)
        ws3.solibri.com (port 443)
        ws4.solibri.com (port 443)
        download.solibri.com (port 443)
        06832.tbnet1.com (port 443)
        api.solibri.com (port 443)

        BR,

        Cyril

          hi Cornelius,

we still have not resolved this - have been borrowing licenses via phone hotspot before rejoining office network as a workaround for the moment

IT are not seeing any calls being blocked by our proxy, however current suspect is that SSL inspection may be the issue.

Can you advise if SSL inspection by our proxy may cause a licensing issue?

(they are going to send me an email with further details - will post here)

          regards,

            Hey @osharp,

there is a new Beta test round which contains fixes related to Proxy. As I 've seen you are already registered for the Beta Testing, so please check this post here.

              Hey @cdailloux,

yes, these ports may not be blocked otherwise the licensing communication does not work. Thanks for the notice about the SSC administrator guide - we will update the document accordingly.

I am also having issues accessing Solibri Licence Server. Have tried hot-spotting from my phone, but still no luck getting around the proxy.

Am also not given the option to run it as Solibri Everywhere, just so that I can view the models.

Is there currently an issue with the license server being down?

                Regards,
                Karl

                  Hey @KarlF ,

today there has been a new release with 9.10.1 and just the week before a new version for 9.9 & 9.8 has been released. Could you please check, if these versions work now for you as these include all the proxy fix. Looking forward to your feedback!

                  Thanks
                  Cornelius
