Why the ITO cannot group two same items into one row?

Which kind of columns you are using? Can you send the ITO file?

I used structural columns but not only the columns cannot be grouped, so do the beams, slabs, walls and other items. They cannot be grouped and are shown as “one component per row”.

Because you use “Name” in one of the columns.
At the end of the name of a component is its GUID. so every component is unique.

try to use “Type” or “Type name” then it should group the components.
If this doesn’t work, edit every column and look if grouping is enabled.
