Choose which color-column in ITO to display in 3D?
-
Hey there,
I have an ITO with several “Color”-columns to display different colors in the list-format. However, I’d like to be able to choose which of these color-columns that “colors” the objects in 3D.
It seems to only color the objects based on the “last”/“furthest to the right” color-column. Any way to work around this?

True
Maybe you could try:
- Create a classification “Color” which has multiple columns.
- Add a classification column using “Color” to ITO
- Change the color column base on the classification column added in 2.

Hey,
Thanks for the reply. I am not completely sure if I understood your answer, though, so I’ll try to explain a bit further.
In my ITO I have several columns, that mainly consists of “Classifications” and “Color”-columns connected to each of these Classifications. In that way, I have several different colors in the ITO list (based on the Classifications), which is great, but I’d like to be able to choose which one of these represent the color in 3D. As it is now, it’s the color-column furthest to the right in the list.
This could be easily solved by moving the color column I’d like all the way to the right (or atleast after the “last” color-column), but from a “list point of view”, this isn’t how I’d like it formatted. As it is now, it is the furthest to the left Color-column i’d like to show up in 3D. This is because this is the “main” status/classification, and it makes sense that it is placed all the way to the left, and not the right.
TLDR; I still need different color columns based on different Classifications, unless I misunderstood your soloution completely, that is. I don’t think one “Color”-classification could solve my issue?
