How to include multiple spaces under one conpartment?

Im unable to define multiple spaces to one same fire compartment.

In compartmentation wizard, no matter I select method “all spaces” or “selected spaces”, each space will create one separate compartment. E.g. 5 spaces will be in 5 different compartments.

Does anyone know what is the problem?
