Excel Report of imported BCF not showing content?

I have imported a .bcf which is fine so far.

However exporting an xls report is empty.

Created a test presentation slide to valdidate if my setup and xls template is valid.

Tried that out and it works.

Put that one to the imported slides.

And at first it did not work, got an empty file again, but after trying to recreate this for this post it eventually worked.

So not sure what causes this behaviour and I am glad that it workes now but what might be the reason for that? Is it because the images in the bcf take some time to load or anything else?

@JSN Odd. Tried to replicate the behaviour, but couldn’t. What is the version of Solibri you’re using?

If this happens consistently, we may need to ask you to share the files you’re using.

The latest version. I can recreate it every time with this bcf sample when I reload it. I can share it with you for investigation if you provide me a link or a mail adress so that I can give you access rights.

Edit: Actually it also happens with other .bcf of this type where I just realized that some slides are simply missing which is even more perfidiousm as I didn’t know at first that the data set was not complete.
