Best practise for grouping issues
-
Hi all,
Does anyone want to share some god advice on how you group issues?
Sometimes the check itself gives some nice grouping - sometimes I want something else. When selecting an object, you can under Issues see all issues, the given object is part of. Here you can also multi-select - but you have to be fast :-).
But are there other nice tips and tricks?

I use labels to group issues, so I can sort them by label. You can make your own labels which are usefull for your project.

Thanks @YvonneHoogenboom for the reply.
When issues are created, using labels are amazing. Agree on that.
My text was not clear enough but I was focusing on how to group multiple findings in a Solibri check into 1 issues - instead of many.
For each issue you have created, you need to manage, coordinate and close. Having multiple issues in the same area, even related, just require extra time manage. Therefore, I was hoping for good tips and tricks to manage this. -
I try to work with the selection.
If you see similar subjects in the folders or visually, select all of them and filter results by selection basket.
Then you can create a grouped issue (you should switch to the List Hierarchy though)It still takes quite some time…
