I dimly remember that there is/was an issue with classifications when you allow multiple classification names … on a quick search I couldn’t find an active topic on that so I wanted to ask again if this is still a know issue?

Especially if empty values are demanded the classifications don’t seem to work as this field is then treated like an asterix.
In the meantime I can deal with this using a second classifications, but it’s causing a lot of confusion everytime this pops up on other desks than mine and they are not aware of how to handle this workaround at the moment …

Since there are no replies, I figured I would revive this topic.

I have a similar issue. I am exporting a model with information regarding the concrete finishes. I would like to avoid setting unnecessary values in Revit. When I export my revit file, parameters which contain no value are no exported.

The operators in the classification are actually very very weak, and if I were able to, I could just handle this issue with wildcards.

What to do? It seems I need to create multiple rules just to handle a short-coming in the software. Is that so?

      I guess if it’s Nemetschek…that makes sense…
