COBie spreadsheet window not populating

Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has run into this issue and if there was a solution that I might be missing.
I am currently using the COBie and COBie UK Resources extensions. I have my included assets all setup and mapped all parameters to their corresponding COBie fields in the classification.
When calculating COBie through the COBie spreadsheet window, the spreadsheet is not being populated even though the ITOs have been properly extracted.
So the ITO’s are working fine but the COBie spreadsheet is still not populating at all.
If anyone has a solution to this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi Ginnapp, Please log with support [email protected] and we will look into this issue for you. It’s hard to tell without understanding what is configured why you are not getting data into the sheets. Please log and if possible provide the SMC file along with the CObie Settings xml file that you are using.
