Saved ITO's not opening

We have a very specific 30+ column ITO that we use and we now have to create brand new columns each time instead of loading our saved version. This adds a lot of time to our exports and also creates human error. (Happens to 3 of us using same newly updated Solibri)

@Jack-Allason Is this version specific? So you can open it with an older Solibri but not with the latest?
If you create the ITO from scratch in the new version and save it, can you open it in the new version? How about the old version?
Can you reproduce this and send us the logs?
- Open Solibri
- Reproduce the issue
- Zip the log folder under the Solibri installation folder
- Send the log over
If you’re concerned about your log contents, you can remove all files in the log folder before step one. Then the logs will be smaller and only contains information relevant to this issue.
