IFC4 - Building Element Part - Missing Information

Building Element Parts in IFC4 are missing the Type information,and Material Properties tab.

In IFC2X3 I have the following information available:

Material Properties

In IFC4 same component looks like this:

Meterial Properties are missing.

I have contacted Graphisoft Support, they claim that the problem lies with Solibri’s IFC4 import process and not with their Archicad IFC4 translator.

Is this issue known? if so, is there any information on when might this issue be solved? If not, to whom do I need to speek to at Solibri to further follow up on this issue? I really want our office to switch to IFC4, but it is not currently possible due to this Material Information being missing in our files.
