    Hi @Darja,

    I have investigated the log you provided. It is a known issue with Trimble connect as they are currently in Beta phase. New Viewpoints are currently not being published to Trimble Connect as Solibri does not provide model information.

            I have experienced excactly the same problems which @Darja reproduced in the first post.
            The empty issue slides occur also while synchronising with BIMcollab

              Hi @lvsteijn,

              For BIMcollab, we found out some bugs with duplicate component and those are currently being fixed. Have you tried with our current beta release 9.12.2 to see if you can reproduce the same issue?

                    @jsn You don’t get a license because the Beta round was closed 7 days ago on Wednesday 13th of January as announced in the Beta section…

                        Just wonder, half year has passed and the same problem is still not fixed on connection between solibri-trimble connect.
                        have you heard any update so far from both sides?

                          Hi @wing-mang,

                          We haven’t heard anything yet from Trimble Connect. We will inform you as soon as we get more info. Currently @david-polanski is in contact with them.
