    Hi,
    Is there a limit for how much data it is possible to export to an excel report?
    Seems like if there is too much data the report is not generated, but if I remove some stuff it works.

      Not sure on whether there is a Solibri based limit. Excel does have a limit on the number of rows which might be the reason, 65,536 rows for XLS and 1,048,576 for XLSX.

        Ah…that sounds about right, it was just above 80000 rows, but worked when I reduced it to approx 60000. Good to know! Thank you 🙂

          @thudelicious

          Solibri 9.12.3 and 9.12.1 have an open bug in reporting color column. The excel supports maximum 64000 styles.
          In case the report template has a color column the report might fail and no report is produced. By removing color column should help. This will be fixed in 9.12.4.

            Okay, I haven’t noticed that, although I have a color column. Seems to work as long as the number of rows is below the limit. I use Solibri 9.12.3.16

              Actually, I see that the format is xlsx, so the issue was due to the color column after all!

                Is there still a limit within Solibri for the number of rows that can be exported? If I try to export the whole lot, it seems to fail to export and end up not responding. Even if I remove the color column. Seems to happen when the number of rows exceed a couple hundred thousands.
