BCF Live - Slides Created from Checking not syncing.

Hey, just had a workshop today where I wanted to show some colleagues the principle of the BCF Live workflow and somehow the slides created via the checking result just didn’t want to sync … actually this just happend in this very one file (it was the OfficeBuilding.ifc) and I could not find out why (neither with Automatic nor with Manual sync turned on) - I think I can’t even recreate it anymore now. Any ideas why? Was this just the notorious demonstration effect or what might have caused the troubles here?

It happened to me twice. I have already contacted the solibri support. They are looking for a solution and an explication.
I have no news for the moment, but I share it with you when I 'll receive any information about it.

Does this happen all the time or it happened just once? I could not reproduce the issue.

Hi, with the one file from the workshop I could reproduce it also at least a second time. Have no time atm to record and document it but I will submit something asap!
