I have a classification which should classifiy the Coordination Object in two ways - first I have a rule takes all the objects from all models into consideration (e.g. All Coordination Objects) and then there are more detailed ones which specify them regarding of their discipline (e.g. Coordination Object ARC, Coordination Object STR, …).

So far so good, that’s easy but when I am checking now with SOL 11 if all the models have the required classification (All Coordiantion Objects) I get an error although 2/4 fulfill the requirements.

Strange thing is that is just happend when I selected the checkbox in the classification method settings “All matching” classifications in the classification rules. If I change back to First or Best then it is working again …

Is this a known bug or is there an error in my way of thinking?

      Hi @JSN,

seem we have the same problem - I posted something similar in Jan 21.
I believe I have found the answer when I tried to find a solution workaround wit SOL9:

Error occurs when Multiple classification are possible and the name of the missing (or not searched) Class. is before the searched item.

Here is how Solibri classifies these:

The solution would be to type the searced classification with Wildcards, and they have to be before and after the searced item. Otherwise, you will only get the results where the non-searched item is after the searched one.

      Hope it serves you well.

      best regards.

And this problem occurs whenever multiple classifications are checked in almost any Rule.

Ok thanks for the hint, will try this later and see if it brings me somewhere!
