Solved clashes remaining in results

Maybe we use rulesets a bit different than the intention (we don’t go through and mark issues as accepted and use that functionality). However we do have autorun running every night, updating files and running checks. The issue is that in many cases, it seems like old results remain in the files even though they are no longer an issue. How can this be avoided? It is a problem because it both slow down our files significantly with all the results, and it makes it harder to focus on the actual results. Is there a way to automatically clear old results? As far as I know it is not possible to delete rulesets with autorun, but deleting and adding the same ruleset would probably work, but then it would have to be possible to do so within autorun.
