Comments are not updated from BCF Live to checking Results

    Hello,

    I don’t understand why the comments that a colleague added on an issue (Image1) are not synchronised with the same linked issues in the Checking Result in local (Image2). Even though the issue is well linked between Results and Bcf Live… (If I change the issue into Active from the IssueDetail, the change appears in the LiveIssueDetail).
    For your info, I am using BimCollab platform. Below you will find screenshots form my problem.

    I looked for anything that could cause this problem… I don’t understand why there are problems with synchronisation of issues.
