Rule 23/5.2 Touching Components is not working correctly

Hello.
Im working with the rule 23/5.2 to control if all the walls are correctly modelled. But when I want to control the “Botton Surface”. It´s results are not correct. It shows for example a Wall wich touch correctly a Slab.
